Farm Colony Subdivision is located in central Kendall County Illinois.   Located in the rural areas between Oswego and Yorkville our actual zip code of 60560 belongs to The United City of Yorkville.  Thus all schools associated with our area are District 115 Yorkville School system. 

Farm Colony under the present covenants are 78 properties strong.  A resident managed home owners association was formed in the mid 1990's after the development firm of Inland Inc.transitioned all responsibilities to the home and property owners in Farm Colony.   The current mail address for the Farm Colony Home Owners Association is:
